Most libraries don’t come with any analytics because people want to own the library; also there might be conflicting instances if 2 libs use the same 3rd party analytics lib.
Build an analytics/crashlytics library for android, iOS and web. Should be a pre-configured blackbox which doesn’t expose the analytics keys. It could though, same as google analytics; though that one is tied to a domain.
